Cleaver Boorks Door Gaskets
All the door gaskets for Cleaver Brooks boilers are available in the packages shown. These door gaskets are commonly called fiberglass, tadpole gaskets.
Cleaver Brooks Burner Gaskets

Die-cut, compressed, non-asbestos burner gaskets for all sizes of Cleaver Brooks boilers are stocked in sets as shown in the photogragh.
Fiberglass Tape & Rope

Sealpro's selection of fiberglass tape and rope are available in a wide variety of diameters, widths and thicknesses. With temperature limits of 1000°F they meet a wide range of requirements such as electrical insulation, acoustical insulation, thermal insulation, filtration material, gasketing and laminates.
Size 1/4" to 2"
K-Wool

K-WOOL is a strong, lightweight, flexible insulating material made from long ceramic fibers. The fibers are cross-locked through a unique forming process to produce a material with unexcelled handling strength. K-WOOL is a resilient and highly efficient insulator having low heat storage capacity and complete resistance to thermal shock. K-WOOL is unaffected by most chemicals, except hydrofluoric and phosphoric acids and concentrated alkalies. If wet by steam or water, thermal properties remain unaffected after drying. Characteristics: Excellent handling strength, Excellent hot strength, Low thermal conductivity, Low heat storage, Light weight resiliency, Thermal shock resistance, Excellent thermal stability, High heat reflectance, Good sound absorption, Excellent corrosion resistance.
Typical physical properties:
Color: white
Continuous Use Limit: 2300°F
Melting Point: 3200°F
Fiber Diameters: 2-3 Micron

Ceramic Blanket

Ceramic blanket has the same properties as K-wool and is supplied in larger sheets. Used to cover and insulate large boiler doors and large surfaces.
Supplied in rolls 1 inch thick x 24 inches wide 25 feet long.
High Temperature Refactory Cement

High Temperature Refactory Cement is a product to be used where better insulation efficiency is required and a smooth finish is not essential. It is made from nodules of rock wool and colloidal clays. When mixed with water to a trowelable consistency, the rock wool nodules retain their physical structure and the dead air cells confined in them provide maximum insulating efficiency and light weight.
This cement is easy to apply over metal surfaces. With its corrosion inhibitor, it prevents rust from forming at the bonding surface between the metal and the cement.
Effective to 1900°F (1040°C), our cement, containing no asbestos, is easily applied over large or small irregular surfaces not suited to blocks, blankets or rigid insulation, and provides a monolithic coat of insulation without cracks or joints.
High Temperature Refactory Cement is available in 50 pound plastic buckets. This format makes it ideal for both new construction and for maintenance work.
Temperature Limit: 1900°F (1040°C)
Recommended water ratio: 8-9 Gals/50# bag.
Dry Coverage: 32 square feet at 1 inch thick per 100 lbs.
Dry density: 28 pounds/cubic foot

Spiralink

Spiralink is a permanent replacement for the failure-prone 4-spring, "fly away" coupling used as original equipment in B & G circulators and clones by Armstrong, White-Rogers, and others.
Spiralink's single spring acts as a universal joint with 3-dimensional flexibility that compensates for any degree of shaft misalignment. The one-piece design has no connecting parts to produce the friction that causes noise, wear and early failure of old style couplings. Spiralink protects bearing assemblies from damage by broken couplings, and its flex reduces the torque load on bearings and seals. On top of that, it's far easier to Install, especially in awkward locations.
Three Spiralink sizes cover the complete range of B & G pumps up to 1 HP at 1750 RPM. (Up to 2 HP at 3450 RPM.) A fourth model replaces the Woods coupling in Taco series 121-138.
Spiralink carries an indefinite replacement or refund warranty when the product is properly installed in specified equipment.
Boiler Tube Brushes

Steel wire brushes for cleaning boiler tubes come in all sizes. All boiler tube brushes are measured by the outside diameter of the tube which are normally 1/4" smaller on the inside. Therefore a 3" tube brush will actually measure 2 3/4" in diameter.
