Stainless Steel Mechanical Repair
Stainless Steel Mechanical Repair System is absolutely the smoothest handling, strongest, most impact resistant steel rebuild system available. A truly premium combination of epoxy matrix and high grade stainless steel for precision and long term dimensional stability. The stainless steel system is available as a liquid and a putty:Both liquid and putty are mixed 1:1, have a viscosity of 6500 cps, a working time of 20 min. and a cure time of 4-8 hrs. It can be used up to 225° F. The liquid has a tensile strength of 4800 psi and an ultimate compressive strength of 18,000 psi. The putty has a tensile strength of 4500 psi and an ultimate compressive strength of 18,000 psi.

Ceramic Mechanical repair

Ceramic alloy composite is a finely divided alumina (as the wear resistant media) and micron range size graphite powder combination that forms a smooth, brushable liquid or a buttery putty. This system has exceptional strength, chemical inertness, and a slick, anti-friction work surface for long life abrasion control. Both liquid and putty are mixed 1:1, have a working time of 20 min., a cure time of 4-8 hrs. , and can be used up to 225° F. The liquid has a tensile strength of 6500 psi and an ultimate compressive strength of 17,500 psi. The putty has a tensile strength of 5800 psi and an ultimate compressive strength of 17,500 psi.
This system is used to rebuild pump casings and impeller blades, resurface flanges, reline valves and provide a smooth, noncorrosive glaze surface.
