Amerlock 400

Amerlock 400 is a high (80-85%) solids, two part epoxy paint that is unsurpassed in performance in areas where complete preparation is difficult or impossible. It is an extremely versatile and durable maintenance coating. Amerlock 400 is available in a variety of colors, including aluminum (Amerlock 400AL) and therefore does not require a topcoat. For extended weatherability or special uses a topcoat may be desired. Can be applied on damp surfaces.

Amerlock 400's low solvent level reduces the chances for film pinholing and solvent entrapment at the substrate-coating interface. Amerlock 400 is used in those areas where sand blasting is impractical or impossible. As a maintenance coating, Amerlock 400 protects steel structures in industrial facilities, bridges, tank exteriors, marine weathering, offshore oil tanks, piping, roofs, water towers and other exposures. Amerlock 400 has good chemical resistance to splash/spillage, fumes and immersion in neutral, fresh and saltwater.

Water Stop

Water Stop is a light gray cemetitious powder that is mixed with water to form a very fast setting hydraulic plug material that can be used in adverse and extreme environmental conditions. Can be used to stop water from flowing through cracks in concrete and masonry. Its plastic putty like form and its set time of only 45 seconds make Water Stop ideal for stopping water which is pouring through cracks. Pot life is about one minute.

Use to stop pouring water which is coming through concrete and masonry. In dry form Water Stop can be used in conjunction with Deep Penetrating Sealer to rub into hairline cracks even when water is still coming through the cracks. Use with oakum to plug the most stubborn leaks in concrete walls, floors, foundations, sidewalks, driveways, vaults and similar areas.

Deep Penetrating Sealant II

Deep Penetrating Sealer II is a moisture vapor barrier & waterproofing compound for concrete. It is a highly enriched, alkaline neutralizing, silicate based solution that is specifically designed to penetrate deeply into concrete materials and chemically form a protective crystalline barrier beneath the surface of new and existing concrete.

Deep Penetrating Sealer II is ideal for waterproofing and strengthening concrete where water intrusion is evident or possible and it is used extensively on basement walls, tunnels, manholes and other below grade vertical and overhead surfaces. It is also used as a waterproofer under flooring systems and does not affect the adhesion of epoxies or urethanes. It is completely absorbed into the concrete and it does not change the color or texture of the surface. It is nontoxic and may be painted.

Is not affected by ultraviolet light, abrasion and most harsh chemicals, and will permanently seal and waterproof against the harmful effects of water intrusion, freeze-thaw cycle damage, deicing salts and chloride ion migration.
