Style 404 TFE Synthetic

CONSTRUCTION: Multi-Lok Braid

YARN: Synthetic Fibers.

TREATMENT: A surface coating of TFE is applied after braiding for extra protection. A light oil is applied to the surface.

LIMITATIONS: Temperatures to 500°F/260°C, pH 2-12, shaft speeds to 2200 FPM

EQUIPMENT AND USES: General service, rotating and reciprocating pumps, agitators, valves, caustics, difficult chemicals, mild acids, air, gases, solvents, oils and general chemical applications.

FEATURES: Yarns are impregnated with TFE to assure even distribution of the TFE. The fibers are protected from chemical action and provide the packing with greater chemical inertness, lower coefficient of friction and prevents penetration of chemical fluids.

Style 410 Maxi-Speed TFE Packing

CONSTRUCTION: Multi-Lok Braid

YARN: TFE Filament.

TREATMENT: TFE suspension impregnated, TFE coated and dried.

LIMITATIONS: Temperatures - 400°F to + 550°F ( - 230°C to + 288°C)

EQUIPMENT AND USES: All slow rotating and reciprocating shafts, valves, agitators, expansion joints where an inert packing is required.

FEATURES: TFE Fibers are treated with a TFE dispersion which fills and seals all the packing fibers. TFE coating is applied and the packing is forced air dried. The Teflon® lubricant has the lowest coefficient of friction in valves and assures long life.

Style 412 Treated TFE Valve Packing

CONSTRUCTION: Multi-Lok Braid

YARN: Pure TFE Filament.

TREATMENT: Teflon® suspension and inert lubricant.

LIMITATIONS: Temperatures - 400°F to + 550°F ( - 230°F to + 288°)

EQUIPMENT AND USES: rotating pumps, agitators mixers, bleach washers on all chemicals and corrosives.

FEATURES: A new improved TFE yarn for high speed applications. 

Style 414 FDA TFE Yarn

CONSTRUCTION: Multi-Lok Braid.

YARN: TFE filament.

LIMITATIONS: Temperatures to 500°F/288°C, pH 0-14, shaft speeds to 1800 FPM.

EQUIPMENT AND USES: All equipment where braided packings are used. All applications in the food processing industry or anywhere an FDA material is required.

FEATURES: Pure TFE filament lubricated with a proprietary lubricant that satisfies all FDA requirements.
